Do you have any branch in India?

Do you carry all products shown on your website with you in your inventory?

Yes, All products that can be ordered by clicking to 'Add to Cart' buttons on product page are available in-stock here in USA.

What do you mean by 'Pre-Order'?

There are times when we show products that can be Pre-Ordered, when we know those products are on transit from our suppliers to our distribution center here in USA. Pre-Order products would have expected release date shown.

Do you ship your products to all countries?

No, We ship to United States Of America, Canada, Australia, France, Germany, India, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom. In future we may ship to other countries.

Do shipping charges vary from country to country?

Yes.

Is the shipping charge calculated on weight of the package?

The shipping charges are calculated on the number of products in your order.

Can I track the package once you ship it from USA?

Yes, You get an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped. You would be able to track it with the respective courier.

What do you mean by Custom duty Charges?

Custom duty is a kind of indirect tax which is levied on the import and export of goods of international trade. Duties levied by the government in relation to imported items is referred to as import duty. The custom duty charges are decided, solely by the local government of the receiver. The weight of the package, the value and the dimensions or other criteria, play a role in determining the custom duty/ VAT on the package.

Why should I pay the Custom Duties?

Custom duty charges/VAT, are solely under the discretion of the local governments and as a seller, we have no control over the same. Your country's Import Rules and regulations play a vital role in determining the Custom duties/ VAT/ Import duties etc.

I do not like a product that I received, Can I return this product?

We would be able to accept returns for all eligible products. Please check the returns policy, to understand if the product that you ordered is eligible for return.

I want to return a product, where do I send the product?

Please fill in the Return Authorization form by logging in to your account. Go to Manage My Account, Completed Orders and then click on Return Items. Upon Successful completion of the form, you would receive the return address and approval if return is eligible for products ordered.
