Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items (Except Kids Collection) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tag attached and on its original box. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

  • We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

  • At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.

  • In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.
  • If the return is NOT a result of our error then we will refund the cost of the item less 8% credit card processing/handling fees (4% while accepting and 4% while refunding) if refund is issued to the credit card.
  • If refund is issued as a store credit then there is no charge applicable.

Returns would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees. However, we would accept returns if there is any errors from our end.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Return or exchange of the kid's dresses is not accepted.

Return or exchange of the Bridal Lehenga is not accepted.

Return or exchange of the Jewelry is not accepted.

Return or exchange when specified on coupans or banners are not accepted.

Return or exchange when items shipped using any other method then ground shipping is not accepted.

Please make sure while accepting shipment from shipper and notify shipper right there about damaged shipment (Opened or damaged box). 


We can ship to virtually any address in the world except for P.O. Boxes. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Custom Duties

VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer.

International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. 

They are entirely your responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
